We are looking for two skilled Technicians to join our team:

Technician 1

Skilled in repairs of mobile phones, Apple products and other electronic devices such as speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones (iOS & Android).
• Repair Apple products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, AirPods, etc.).
• Fix other electronic devices such as speakers and accessories.
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

Technician 2

Skilled in repairs of laptops, desktop, all in one PC and as a bonus printers as well.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops.
• Service desktop computers and all in one PCs (hardware and software).
• Repair and maintain printers (as a bonus).
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in device repairs (as per the role).
• Technical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
