Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The Knowledge Support Officer will provide clients with reliable travel guidance and excellent customer support. Key responsibilities include:

• Advisising clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and services.
• Providing accurate and timely travel information and guidance.
• Supporting clients with bookings, reservations, and related documentation.
• Responding promptly to inquiries and offering appropriate solutions to client needs.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of travel products, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess:

• A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in customer service, tourism, or travel consultancy, which will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems, which is desirable.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• A minimum of three years of relevant field experience, supported by a proven track record.
