Job Title: Senior Research Executive

Job Purpose

This role exists to manage and execute research projects in a manner that ensures client satisfaction.

The role holder manages and oversees multiple projects, ensuring that the work standards are of a high quality, deadlines are met and that projects are completed within budget. The role holder is also responsible for day to day client liaison in terms of queries and feedback.

Knowledge and Skills:

• A relevant University Degree preferably in Social Science
• A minimum of 3 years continuous experience in Social research at executive level
• Solid knowledge of social research services and tools (preferably with an emphasis on quantitative custom research, but having both quantitative and qualitative experience will be an advantage)
• Knowledgeable on industry issues
• Knowledge and experience in preparing budgets and cost management
• Exceptional presentation and report writing skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SPSS and other survey analysis systems like Quantum
• Ability to turn data into actionable intelligence / insights
• Strong research relationships and networks
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Strong Analytical skills, Training and Delegation skills
• Good management and supervisory skills
