This position will be based in the Policy Team that consist of a motivated group of 11 policy analysts, who are passionate about influencing policy change to enable sustainable access to WASH to the world’s poorest and most marginalised people through evidence-based advocacy.

As Senior Policy Analyst – Governance, you will lead on WaterAid’s public policy and global advocacy strategies that aim to strengthen the capacity and effectiveness of the sector to deliver sustainable water and sanitation services for all. You will focus on WASH sector governance – generating the evidence and advocating for the conditions necessary for strengthened institutions, policies and sector performance at national and sub-national levels. You will also be conversant with system-strengthening – a way of working that WaterAid is seeking to embed across our work.

This opportunity is full time and initially for 12 months, with possibility to go permanent.
