Sales Manager

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Mbeya Plant

Lead the Sales Team
Lead sales team meetings, run training sessions and drive effective performance management.
Hit Targets & Growth
Manage sales target attainment, pipelines, forecasting and monthly sales growth.
Win Customers & Deals
Support deal negotiations and customer relationships, and keep all brands available in the market.
Analyse & Control
Analyse performance data, refine sales processes, manage the sales budget and monitor cooler productivity.
Entry requirements
Degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Experience
Four years’ experience in a related field.
