  • Bachelors degree in Microfinance/Enterprises Management. Laws, Economics, Finance and Business administration from any recognized university.
  • Knowledge on legal aspects of loan administration
  • Knowledge on credit administration of individual loans
  • Communication skills
  • Report writing skills
