• R3 Coordinator (1 Post)

Job Brief

The R3 Coordinator Tanzania is responsible for supporting the R3 Country Manager Tanzania with ensuring the journey management systems and processes, medical evacuation plans, and security programme for the staff for all works is in place; it is effective and monitored to ensure optimization and the employees on the project are covered.

Qualifications / Experience Required

• Degree or Diploma in Science / Engineering / Management / Economics or similar
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Management (CSM) qualifications
• Professional (CSMP) will be an added advantage.
• 5 years’ experience in security and/or emergency management related field.
• Good communication skills (English and Kiswahili)
• Proficiency in use of Computers for reporting and communication
• Good report writing skills
