DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Prepare information on development projects and plans, population, human resources, community development, sustainable environment, natural resources and investment and finance programs;
ii. Assist citizens to develop a participatory community plan;
iii. Identify the priorities for social development, sustainable environment, natural resources and investment and finance programs;
iv. Prepare project environmental impact assessment reports (Environmental Impact Assessment (eia);
v. Collect information for planning and budgeting;
vi. Collect and record population and human resources; and
vii. To perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by his Chief of Staff.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
Employed with a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Programs from Government recognized colleges who have established themselves (Major) in one of the following fields; Regional Development Plans, Environmental Management Plans, Population and Development Planning, Investment and Financial Development Plans, Human Resource Management Plans, Environmental Management and Urban Development, and Economic Development.
