Anza seeks a consulting firm or individual consultant to provide Monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) services that will lead the organization’s impact strategy.

The consultant will be responsible for the audit of the current MEAL activities, development and implementation of Anza’s impact strategy. S/he will develop the Anza theory of change, and develop approaches, tools and manage collection of data on indicators of progress in a cost effective and timely manner.
