Required qualifications
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Degree in marketing, public relations, business administration, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in corporate relations, running marketing campaigns, brand management, and sales.
- Must be a Tanzanian.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Key responsibilities
The Marketing and Corporate Relations Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by:
- Assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Planning and organizing promotional presentations.
- Updating calendars.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements for flyers, brochures, and other advertising materials.
- Research competitors by identifying and evaluating:
- Product and service characteristics.
- Market share.
- Pricing.
- Marketing strategies.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by:
- Identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
- Establishing contacts.
- Developing schedules and assignments.
- Coordinating mailing lists.
- Set sales goals, analyze data, and develop training programs for the organization’s staff.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with existing customers.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
