A starter up Safari Company in Arusha is looking for a Tour Operations & Marketing manager

The role would involve running a new launched safari company and organising the operations and initiating marketing plan with its implementations in general.

Brief job description

v You empathize with the wishes and needs of the clients and based on those you send them a personalized offer.

v You are responsible for the reservations and bookings and for the further administrative processing.

v You make sure that everything before, during and after the safari proceeds perfectly.

v Your contact with clients and guides is crucial.

The Successful Candidates must have:

v 5-10 years’ experience of tourism in Kenya and East Africa in general

v Must have excellent geographical knowledge of Tanzania

v Must be conversant with tour plan or a similar system

v Must be willing to work on call, on Sunday and Public Holiday

v You speak English and Kiswahili fluently, orally and written.

v You are able to fulfill this position independently and you also like to work in a team.

v You have organizational talent and you are very customer oriented.

v You do your work with passion.

v You work easily with computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook & google suite.

v You live in Arusha or you are willing to move here.

v Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
