Position: Lodge/ Camp Manager

         Duty Station: In Tanzania National Parks

         Qualification & Experience

• Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in lodge/ Camp will be preferred.
• Age between 20-50 Years

        Job Description

• Plan, implement and manage overall lodge/ camp daily operations
• Conduct lodge/camp budgeting and financial planning
• Plan and organize lodge/ camp activities to drive sales
• Manage and monitor lodge / camp expenses
• Manage and track lodge/ camp inventory
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns with marketing teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients
