Applicant qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Must possess a valid Advocate’s Practising Certificate, where applicable, or meet the legal requirements to practice in Tanzania.
• Must have a good understanding of Tanzanian laws, contracts, corporate governance, and labor laws.
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
• Must be honest, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide legal advice to the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in legal matters where necessary.
• Handle legal disputes and provide risk management support.
