Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Overall Park Management:
•Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
2.Activity Planning and Execution:
•Design and implement a diverse range of engaging activities for children.
•Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless execution of planned events.
3.Staff Coordination:
•Supervise and lead a team of park attendants and activity coordinators.
•Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss upcoming events and improvements.
4.Safety Compliance:
•Enforce safety protocols and standards to guarantee the well-being of all children.
•Conduct regular safety drills and training for staff.
5.Customer Interaction:
•Interact with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
•Utilize strong customer care skills to enhance the overall park experience.
6.Budget Management:
•Work within budgetary constraints, making cost-effective decisions.
•Source and manage resources for activities and events.
7.Marketing and Promotion:
•Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and attractions.
•Utilize sales and marketing skills to attract new visitors and maintain customer engagement.

8.Computer Skills:

•Proficiently use computer applications for tasks such as attendance tracking, financial management, and communication.
9.Reporting and Evaluation:
•Prepare regular reports on park attendance, revenue, and customer feedback.
•Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
•Provide detailed reports to higher management regarding the park’s performance and future recommendations.
10.Additional Tasks:
•Develop and implement strategies to increase park attendance and revenue.
•Collaborate with local schools and organizations to organize special events.
•Explore and initiate partnerships to enhance the park’s offerings.
Education and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree Business management, business administration or a related field.
•Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
•Previous experience in managing a kids’ park or similar environment.
•Strong organizational and leadership skills.
•Excellent English language skills.
•Proficient in computer skills.
•Sales and marketing skills is a plus
