Developing and implementing HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances or other issues

Managing the recruitment and selection

Support current and future business needs through the development,engagement,motivation amd preservation of human capital

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Mantain pay plan and benefits program

Interpret various regulations to staff

To hand pension and terminal benefits schemes

To coordinate staff performance appraisal process


Requirement :Qualification and skills

Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Management or related field

A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsibles experiences in human resources management

Practical experience with the planning and delivery of human resources services

Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive

People oriented and results driven

In depth knowledge of HR systems along with leadership skills and law and HR best practices

Excellent active listening,negotion and presentation skills
