Job Description

Responsible for managing human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff development, employee records and compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company policies.

At least one year of working experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Relevant HR management experience.
• Good knowledge of Tanzanian employment and labour regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili.
• Good computer skills.
• Chinese language skills are preferred.
