Role Overview

The Head of Real Estate Department (HOD) will lead ATARA Limited’s real estate division, driving property acquisition, development, and management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Real Estate Department will:

• Oversee real estate agency operations and property management services.
• Conduct market analysis and identify investment opportunities.
• Manage property acquisition, development oversight, and tenant relations.
• Monitor projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on expansion milestones.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in real estate management and development.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• A proven track record in property acquisition and return on investment delivery.
• Essential knowledge of the Tanzanian real estate market.
• Fluency in English.
