Job Title: Graphic designer

Job Location: Arusha, Tanzania

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to take on the role of Graphic designer responsible for developing and designing layouts, illustrations and images for a wide range medium such as websites, advertisement, brochures, packaging and more.

Responsibilities& Duties:

Design and produce marketing materials
Develop digital assets
Collaborative with the marketing team to understand their requirements and develop creative solutions.
Maintain brand consistency as per hotel guidelines
Stay up to date with industry trends
Coordinate with external vendors such as printing companies or photographers
Conduct market research by keeping with industry trends and analyse competitors
Qualifications and Experience:

Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Kiswahili
Proficiency in graphic design software’s such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
1 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic design, preferably in the service sector or luxury brands.
Design knowledge and understanding of the latest trends, design techniques, tools, principals involved in production drawings and models.
Communications and media knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media.
