We’re looking for a Fleet Supervisor to support operations team in managing and optimizing fleet performance across the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle schedules.
• Support in maintaining an efficient and cost-effective fleet.
• Ensure proper documentation, dispatching, and vehicle tracking.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and follow up on repairs to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Prepare fleet performance reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a logistics or transport environment.
• Strong coordination, organization, and planning skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and fleet tracking systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
