Job Summary
Position: Field Worker (8 Posts)
Reports To: Principal Investigator
Work Station: Dar es Salaam

Ifakara Health Institute seeks a qualified Field Worker who will work with the Sub-TB project to follow up participants at the clinic and their home place.

Duties and Responsibilities
Follow up household members of the patients at their home place.
Take samples (blood and sputum) of the participants.
Reconsent participants.
Identify and manage adverse and severe adverse events.
Contribute to the initial development of SOPs.
Qualification and Experience
Diploma/Certificate in nursing, laboratory, or medicine.
Experience in research.
Experience in riding a motorbike.
Skills and Competencies
Patient management skills.
Computer skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
