We’re on the lookout for an experienced Direct Sales Representative to be based in Mwanza.

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Coverage Target. Ensure target number of outlet are visited per day and per month are achieved.
• Productivity :Ensure target number of outlet purchase the product are achieved.
• Customers Satisfaction: Build relationships, communicate problems, and make suggestions regarding solutions
• Sales Targets: Ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Effective Self-Management: Ensure that quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.

What we’re looking for

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 2-3 Years’ experience in the FMCG Industry.
• Minimum: A completed form 4 qualification.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrable time management abilities.
