Title:                        DEPUTY HR COORDINATOR
Direct Reports:      HR COORDINATION
Location:               Dar es Salaam, with regular field visits, temporary replacement of admin in the projects and interternational mobility as part of the onboarding
Job Summary  
Supporting the HR Coordinator through delegated tasks and responsibilities including defining, leading and coordinating the entire HR scope of the mission, according to MSF protocols, standards, policies and values, in order to ensure the good functioning and the quality of the HR depatement in the mission. Fully assuming the HR coordinator’s responsibilities in case of absence.
Required Criteria 
Minimum Educational Qualification: Essential degree in Human Ressource or administration
Experience:  Essential 2 years’ experience in relevant jobs, preferably in MSF or other NGO’s in developing countries  Languages:    English and Swahili (French will be an asset) Competences:
o Essential computer literacy o Strategic vision o Leadership
o People management and development
o Service oriented o Teamwork and cooperation
Contract: 3 years fixed term contract
o Supervision, close follow up and focal point for all immigration topics o Follow-up of movements and flight bookings  o Focal point on recruitment process for coordination and support for the projects (job profiles, HR set-up and needs)
o Provide technical support to the coordinators and admins on the HR matters ensuring they understand and apply HR management policies and tools
o Focal point for learning needs and mobility: identification of staff development, training needs / potential to promote the professional growth of people within the organization
o Participate in the induction programmes and briefings and debriefings/sessions o Manage the daily administrative routine  o Ad hoc gap fillings of PAM, admins in the projects and HRCo o Support HRCo in the overall administration of the mission o Participating in HR dialogues
