Key requirements & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in data centre operations, telecommunications, facilities management, electrical maintenance, or a related technical environment.
• 1–2 years’ supervisory or team-lead experience is an added advantage, preferably managing technical/site-based teams.
• Experience in staff scheduling, shift management, leave planning, and deployment of technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong ability to prepare, review, and submit operational reports accurately and within deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and respond effectively to urgent operational and fault situations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies/call-outs as required by a 24/7 data centre environment.
• Relevant professional registration/certification will be an added advantage.
