1. Data Analyst Manager

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science,
  • Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
  • Proven ownership of finance or commercial data pipelines across multiple entities or systems, including reconciliation and release controls.
  • Strong SQL and Python or R; ETL/ELT tooling, warehouse or lakehouse modelling and BI platforms.
  • Working knowledge of financial reconciliation and data protection.
  • ERP, dealer-management and CRM data experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools for pipeline development, testing and queries, and verify outputs against source data.

Experience

  • 8+ years in data engineering, business intelligence or data management, including at least 3 years leading a small team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Commerce or Engineering.
  • CPA, ACCA, CFA or a pricing certification strongly preferred; MBA an advantage.
  • Experience across more than one business model:
    • Franchise/distribution.
    • Parts and labour services.
    • Leasing.
    • Financial services.
    • Platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and implement margin-floor or pricing-governance frameworks.
  • Strong financial modelling, policy drafting and committee governance skills.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools for analysis and policy work, and verify outputs against source data.

Experience

  • 10+ years in pricing strategy, commercial finance or product and portfolio management, including policy design for a multi-business group.
