CREDIT MANAGER
Bachelor degree in finance, Business Administration,
A minimum of 3 years or above experience in a
Marketing, Technology, or other related field.
Banking, Finance services, product management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the strategic direction of Loans and
Savings products, including new product
scoping, design, development and
manangement and understanding of
partners relationship & needs.
Oversee the end-to-end management of
product attributes, ensuring alignment with
company goals and customer needs.
. Conduct regular analysis of market trends
and customer feedback to identify
opportunities for product enhancements.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to
enhance product usage, drive revenue
growth, and maintain a competitive edge in
the market.
Build strong relationships with internal and
external stakeholders, including regulatory
bodies, to ensure compliance and
operational efficiency.
Streamline operational processes, controls,
implement best practices to improve
efficiency and scalability.
