Mkulazi Holding Co. Ltd (MHCL) is a company owned by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company was established on 6th September 2016. The main objective of the company is to undertake production of sugar in Tanzania. To start with, MHCL plans to develop two sugar estates in Morogoro region of which one will be located at Mkulazi area, Morogoro District (Mkulazi Estate) and the other in Mbigiri, Dakawa in Kilosa District (Mbigiri Estate).

Position Title:  Clinical Officer/ Clinical Assistant (2 Posts)

The Clinical Officer and Clinical Assistant shall be reporting to the Health Facility In­charge

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Diagnoses patient condition and prescribes medication and treatment, Admits patients requiring special care for further investigations and treatment, Orders for laboratory tests to find the cause of the problem and determine best course of treatment, Performs minor procedures, Promotes health education together with other health professionals, Provides pre and post-counseling for HIV cases, Maintains confidentiality and impartiality, Keeps up to date with medical developments, Makes rounds in the patient ward(s), Prepares weekly and monthly work reports.

Qualification and Experience:

Holder of Diploma, OR Certificate in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution; should have been registered with Tanganyika Medical Board and he/she should have an experience of at least three (3) years in the field of expertise.

Salaries and related fringe benefits for the advertised posts will be paid in accordance with the Staff Regulations and Conditions of Service, 2019.

General condition: all applicants should have accomplished Secondary School Education and possess an Ordinary Certificate or an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education or Its equivalent and should not be above 45 years of age.
