We are currently seeking a Chinese Translator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating a variety of documents, including but not limited to, business communications, technical documents, and legal texts.

Responsibilities

• Translate a wide range of documents accurately and efficiently from Chinese to English or Swahili and vice versa.
• Ensure translated documents maintain the intended meaning and tone of the original content.
• Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality translations in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong understanding of Chinese and English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Graduate in translation, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
