As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking highly skilled and experienced CEO and CFIO to join our leadership team.

Chief Finance and Investment Officer (CFIO):

As the CFIO, you will lead the financial and investment strategies of the Company. We are seeking a sea­soned finance professional with a deep understanding of investment management and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial and investment strategies.
• Lead the management of the investment portfolio, maximizing returns while managing risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Maximise cash flow through adequate procedures that ensure timely collecting and depositing reve­nues, evaluating payment terms, and increasing profitable investments.

Qualifications for this Position:

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting. Experience in Management of investment portfolio would be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills to study financial markets performance and make decisions on in­vestments.
• Proficient with Accounting and Financial management systems and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
