ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Assistant Sub Grant Officer to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The Assistant Sub Grant Officer will assist in the coordination and processing of sub-recipient expense reports, and assist in assuring that sub-recipient finance staff have the knowledge to efficiently manage ICAP funds.
