Job Overview
Let’s grow together—become our Transport Network Engineer! Join Yas to design, deploy, and maintain critical transport networks in a dynamic telecom environment. This role requires 3–5+ years of experience in telecom transport/network engineering (depending on level).

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in telecom transport/network engineering (level-dependent).
Certifications (advantage): Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIP, HCIA/HCIP, vendor-specific certifications.
Core Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain transport networks (DWDM, SDH, IP/MPLS, microwave, fiber).
Monitor network performance and conduct audits, health checks, and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot faults, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and resolve issues.
Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and modernization activities.
Coordinate with Planning, Vendors, NOC, Field Teams, and Regulatory bodies on implementation and interference issues.
Maintain accurate network designs, documentation, and operational procedures while supporting integration with mobile and fixed networks.
