- Provide excellent sales and customer service
- Manage stock effectively
- Meet sales targets under pressure
- Work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays when required
Work placement programs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum College Certificate or Ordinary Diploma in a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong sales knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with stock management processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
- High level of discipline, trustworthiness, and professionalism
- Clean criminal record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in busy or stressful situations
