Job Description


Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and other resources as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s office and reception records.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Business Operation Assistant (BOA), Front Office, Customer Care, Business Administration , NABE, Secretarial course or Phone operator.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
