Job Title:  New Business Development Officer

Performance Period:  Part time, six months

Reports to: Director of Operations

Mitiki Park is seeking to recruit a qualified, market-oriented Business development officer  position to create new business opportunities to ensure growth, establish strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders,  with the aim of maximizing sales and growth.

The Business Development Officer will report to the Director of Operations

Roles and responsibility:

Sales Growth: Design approaches to facilitate growth of the business

Brand Enhancement: Enhance visibility of the Mitiki Brand, through internal and external innovative approaches such as Marketing  (including social media platforms), Communications, and Entertainment and internal and  external networking opportunities.

Market analysis: Monitor market trends and design execution plans

Portfolio expansion: Explore new business opportunities to expand portfolio

Stakeholder engagement: Map out key Mitiki stakeholders and design and oversee engagement plans

Other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

2 years or comparable experience

Advanced diploma or degree from an accredited institution in preferably Marketing, Administration and/or Management
