As Assistant Front Office Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the administration and management of all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs and quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.

You will to lead the team with the Front Office Manager and be our ambassador of unforgettable expierences.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the desk is covered at all times, according to hotels occupancy
  • Full awarness of current daily status of the Hotel
  • Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests according to our standards
  • Ensure the highest level of Guest experience
  • Handle, recovery and recording of complaints
  • Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
  • Actively promote our loyality program


  • At leat 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry in a supervisor position
  • Previuos experience in 5* hotels will be highly valued
  • Must be proficient in writing & speaking English
  • Tourism or Hospitality Managment Degree
  • Knowledge in OPERA
