Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and specials.
• Coordinate with the serving team to ensure timely and seamless service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, personal presentation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is an added advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (required).
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
