About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Glass Export Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
Act as the main contact person for Float Glass customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
2. Order Processing & Coordination
Receive and process sales orders accurately in the system.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track and update customers on the status of their orders.
3. Complaint Handling & Resolution
Log and follow up on customer complaints or returns.
Work with quality control and sales teams to resolve issues.

4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and related sales documents.
Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
Provide regular sales and service reports to management.
5. Sales Support
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations.
Support marketing and promotional activities for Float Glass products.
Other Duties
Support planning for export markets: understanding export requirements, documentation, and customer needs.
Assist with VAT, duty drawback, or other tax or regulatory incentives or procedures, if applicable.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in customer service.
