Job Overview

Target Sales Areas

The sales positions will cover the following regions:

• Ruvuma
• Dodoma
• Mbeya
• Dar es Salaam
• Njombe

Minimum Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience in direct sales, preferably in coal briquettes.
• Knowledge of coal briquettes or alternative energy products is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and CRM updates.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Local language fluency and cultural familiarity with the sales territory.
• Experience working in rural or semi-urban markets.
