Crane Operator

Position Description
Buckreef Gold is seeking to recruit a Crane Operator to join our team. We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven, and qualified personnel to work with BGC. A Mobile Crane Operator operates cranes to lift and move heavy objects, ensuring safety and accuracy while following project specifications.

Qualifications, Skills, or Experience Required: Job listings
Certificate of crane operator from a recognized institution.
Basic rigging certificate.
Valid driving license.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in crane operation.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Must be a motivated individual with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
Performance-oriented, strongly motivated, and maintains a high work standard.
Strong work ethic.
Shows initiative.
Adaptable to change management processes.
Focused on continuous improvement.
Committed and engaged employees who are enthusiastic and passionate about Buckreef.
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as a crane operator.
Contract Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
