MANDATORY SKILLS: Key Account Management (specially Telcos), Enterprise Sales, Business Development, General Management (Administration, Accounts, HR, Liasioning, Legal, Taxation, Compliances, etc.)

Job Location: Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania

Experience: 8-12 Years. International experience must preferably in Tanzania. Knowing Swahili language shall be added advantage

Job Description:

  • Complete incharge of the business including P&L for the country
  • End-to-end responsible for complete customer lifecycle management which includes, quality acquisition, revenue enhancement, sales operations, technical operations, complaint management, collection and retention
  • Aware about country’s company law and ensuring proper filing of taxes and returns in time
  • Responsible for the management of all business functions including Administration, Accounts, HR, Liasioning, Legal, Taxation, Compliances, etc.
  • Developing Marketing & Sales strategies for Business Expansion and Driving Profitability
  • Achieving Enterprise Sales Targets for the country
  • Managing & Drive Business within Enterprise Segment
  • Enterprise / Telcos Relationship Management
  • Direct Corporate Sales team handling experience
  • Should have good contacts in Telcos, brands and agencies
  • Experience in handling Large Corporate/PSU/Govt./Ministries as Key Clients
  • Experience in handling Government vertical and related tender process
  • Competitor/Market Analysis
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Maintain a robust sales funnel
  • Solution Selling
  • Develop long term strategic relationship with key accounts
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions
  • Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the country
  • Exploring new markets and standardizing marketing operations for obtaining turnovers & achieving pre set targets and goals

Salary & Perks: In addition to fixed and variable salary, accomodation and car shall be arranged by the company.
