  • Location: Dar es Salaam, with national and international travel
  • Contract: Full-time, one-year, fixed-term
  • Salary: GBP 61,200 + GBP 10,000 benefits allowance per annum
  • Reports to: Director of Programmes

Role Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Farm Africa’s work in Tanzania.
• Shape and grow innovative programs focused on improving food security, protecting natural resources, and increasing incomes.
• Inspire and lead a talented team to deliver impactful results.
• Build meaningful partnerships with communities, government, and donors to enhance program impact.
